- Where is C&Z Resale located?
- We're based in Albany, Oregon and serve buyers around Linn County and the mid-Willamette Valley. Pickup is arranged by appointment — message or call us and we'll set a time.
- Do you deliver or ship?
- Listings are set up for local pickup in Albany, Oregon. A few items are marked as shipping available on the listing itself; if it isn't marked, assume local pickup and ask us if you have questions.
- Is the inventory on the site current?
- The site is driven directly by our inventory list, so what you see is what we have recorded. Inventory moves quickly and changes often, so message us to confirm an item is still available before you drive out.
- What condition is the merchandise in?
- Condition is stated on every listing — brand new, new open box, like new, scratch & dent or used. Photos on the listing show the actual item or the product as described, and we're happy to send more photos on request.
- How is flooring priced?
- Flooring is priced and sold per box. Each flooring listing shows the square feet per box, the number of boxes available and the price per square foot, plus a calculator that estimates how many boxes your project needs with a waste allowance. Estimates are for merchandise only — please confirm your own measurements.
- Do you offer bulk pricing?
- On items where more than one unit is genuinely available — flooring, cabinets, and other multi-unit lots — you can send a bulk price request straight from the listing. Tell us how many boxes or units you need and we'll quote it. One-off items such as vehicles or a single appliance are priced as listed.
- Can you hold an item for me?
- Message us with the item and your timing and we'll tell you what we can do. Availability is first come, first served until we've confirmed something with you directly.
- How do I ask about an item?
- Every listing has a message and call button, and the message text is copied for you. You can also call 541-801-6685 directly.
- Do you buy inventory or take consignment?
- Message us with details and photos of what you have and we'll let you know if it's something we can use.
